Can't comment on a place near the stadium, but you may want to check StubHub in the hours leading up to the game. There are still 1,200 tickets left (for pickup at site), so the prices may drop a good bit before gametime.

Of course, if you don't want to shell out the cash, I completely understand (and I've been unhelpful).
