Would you like college football to go to the NFL rule where you aren't down until touched by opposing team's player if you fall down after catch etc?

no! i also dont want them to adopt the both feet down rule nor the spot of the foul ball placement on pi calls. there has to be some separation.

Disagree on this. I'd much rather have spot of the foul. I want more than 15 yards on a pass that should have been a 30 yard gainer.

Works both ways. I like our DBs having the fall back option for PI if beat to save a huge gain or TD.

I just feel like it should take more to make you down than you slipping then falling. The opposing team should have to do something to make you down.
