Isn't he an offensive coach?

Why does his offense look like shite most of the time?

Does he understand blocking and protection schemes?

Does he only hire his buddies?

I'm struggling to see it guys.

It has been confusing. It's like we come into each game with a plan that we've come up with ahead of time on how to attack the other team, and if it doesn't work there is no plan B. We don't make offensive adjustments that I can see.

I believe they called him an offensive "guru" because he put some points on the board out in that soft arse west coast league that literally didn't know what defense was - with a first round QB and two first round WR's.

He then immediately cashed that in thanks to dumbass Byrne after getting mauled to death in the trenches by Michigan exactly like we've been mauled to death in the trenches since he got here.

I guess we are just waiting until we have the first QB in the NFL draft, 2 first round WR's, and a 1st round RB AND THEN he'll show erybody
