So are we improving or did the schedule just get a lot easier?

3-0 win over Louisiana and 12-3 run rule win over Iowa.

Currently sit 14th in the country in team BA (.364), 18th in runs per game, and T19 in HRs (25).

39th in ERA, 188th in fielding percentage, and 52nd in WHIP. All against mostly soup cans btw. So a top 20ish offense and a middling at best pitching and defense against the easiest part of the schedule. Gonna get destroyed in SEC play.

16th best SOS. Currently sitting 18th in RPI.

You sound more like an Auburn fan than an Alabama fan.

3-4 against the only decent teams we've played Washington, Arizona, Va Tech, UCLA, and Okie State. We've padded our offensive stats against some really bad teams. And our pitching and defense has been bad. Sorry if that offends you Coach Murph. I'm a Bama fan who doesn't want to watch a washed coach ride a once great program to rock bottom.

Clutch Pitching, Power Hitting and Grittiness lead Alabama Softball at Spring Break Showdown (SI)

Crimson Tide sweeps Louisiana, Iowa on first day of tournament with help of five home runs.

Our BA is significantly higher than last year against pre SEC teams. It has to be a good sign right? Pitching maybe about the same as we have 3 who are all about equal.

Louisiana is traditionally a Super Regional team.

Beating them twice would be nice.

I’m a little concerned for Riley and Winstead in SEC play. Briski I think will be good.

they are playing better and the opponents are getting better too. I am not sure how Iowa stacks up in the big 25 or however many teams they have.
