Really rather mediocre for s school of our supposed athletic prowess. We’ve become a one trick pony. It’s not hard to maintain that level in football while elevating our other sports. Success breeds success.

Finished 13th last year. Definitely a disappointing finish this year.

Biggest reason for the drop is both golf programs giving us nothing compared to usually giving us Top 5 finishes.

I think more likely is people have come to think the success we are having in football is normal and the consistency is being expected across other sports.

Truth is, up and downs are normal and what is going on with football right now is not normal. It's sad to me that during the height of the most impressive run in college football history some fans think it's just nothing of note and act like it comes at the price of other sports....while football is actually the one paying for those other sports.

Also, these standings are meaningless in general.
