Here are some notes from the media viewing period before the actual scrimmage:
-- Backup outside linebacker Chris Allen wasn't present. With Allen not out there, the outside linebacker line during drills after Anfernee Jennings and Christian Miller was Jamey Mosley, Ben Davis, Cameron Latu and then Jarez Parks. Eyabi Anoma was working near the back of the line.
-- Alex Leatherwood continues to work at right guard. The right side line of the line was the same it's been throughout the week, Leatherwood at right guard and Jedrick Wills at right tackle.
-- With Matt Womack out, freshman Tommy Brown was at right tackle with the second-team offense.
-- Reserve safety Daniel Wright, who missed some time with a shoulder injury, was out there and wasn't even in a black non-contact jersey.
-- Behind Henry Ruggs in one of the outside receiver lines was Derek Kief, Xavian Marks and then Slade Bolden. Behind DeVonta Smith in the other was Tyrell Shavers and then Xavier Williams. In the slot, it was Jerry Jeudy and then Jaylen Waddle and Chadarius Townsend.

I lowkey think Ruggs may be our best receiver. Jeudy is the real deal too but look out for Ruggs
