OT, but what do y'all know about Kevin Sherrer?
I remember him more as a player. Honestly, it's hard to get a handle on the player personnel guys.

Christian Miller tweeted a picture of his new truck. Wonder how long it will take for ITAT to post it on their site?

Gadsden City really doesn't fit in any Region geographically.
ETA: It's really weird seeing those Madison County schools in the same classification as the really big schools. When I graduated Bob Jones (still considered a "county" school at the time), Hazel Green, and Sparkman were some of the smaller 5A schools in the state and Buckhorn was 4A.

Thanks for the link. 6A region 1 and 5A region 1 might be the most competitive in the state. 3 power house schools in each division

What did Dominick say about his grades?
Posted on 1/22/14 at 5:57 pm to alabamabuckeye
Said that as long as he passes his classes, he will be good to go. He will graduate with one extra just in case.
We also want him to play tackle, either one.

I answered in that thread on the SECRb about starters and who will crack the two deep in this class, but I thought I would share my thoughts here as well. I'll go more in depth here too.
First off, other than Reed, Pettway and Dom Jackson I don't expect a whole lot of this class to crack the two deep. I'll break it down by position and reasons why I feel that way.
QB-Cornwell: He was hurt for the majority of his Senior season and he's only started 16 games total in high school. He's not ready.
RB-Scarborough: Depth chart is against him. He needs practice on pass blocking.
WR-Sims, Kief: If Foster and Falkins couldn't do it, these two won't.
TE: What TE?
OL-CRob, Hass, Casher, Piersbacher, McBride, Jackson: Jackson may win the job at RG or RT, but I don't think the others are ready and we have a starting LG, C and RT returning. I think Grant Hill wins the LT job with Greene backing him up.
DE-Dwight, Hand, Pettway: A'Shawn and Allen will be the starters. Pettway should come in on passing downs.
DT-Smith, Reed, Frazier, possibly Elam: Reed is the only one I see getting significant minutes. Elam needs to reshape his body. Smith too. Frazier will probably get mop up duty.
ILB-SDH: Needs a redshirt. Behind Foster and DePriest.
OLB-Miller, Holcombe, Clark: Miller has already said he needs a RS. He's young and undersized. Clark needs to adjust to the position. Holcombe is undersized. We have a bunch of OLBs ahead of them already.
Safety-Jones, Williams: Williams needs to add weight, Hootie is behind Perry, Jarrick and Cook.
CB-Brown, Marlon: Eddie, Mo Smith, Sylve and Jones have the inside track.
Punter-Scott: That Mexican looks pretty good.
I just don't see a ton of contributors in this class right away. In two years they will be beasts though.

I will say that the two guys from this class that have the best chances of playing next year have yet to commit to Alabama.
Coker is one, obviously. The other is Rashaan Evans. He's already about 225 pounds and he could easily gain 10 pounds of good weight before next season. He could be a fantastic situational pass rusher next year.
We just need to land them first.

I see this class coming out like the 2009 class.
AJ

Carpenter
Norwood
Stinson
Bell
Lacy
Nico
Fluker
Dial
Kirkpatrick
A bunch of redshirt guys that contributed heavily down the road to multiple titles.
