None of our mods have made a decisive comment either way. One says things were trending towards Bama, but it's hard to know right now. IMO Expect Hampton to sign with OM tomorrow

Not world beaters but a solid group none the less.
ETA: We have high hopes for Alford. Conner is really the best cover guy in this group. The others are headhunters. We need Hampton worse than y'all do in that regard.

We desperately need Hampton with most of our safeties with meaningful play time, save for a converted corner, will be gone after 2014. But it is what it is. Congrats on the pickup

While everyone is worried about who will play safety, I am hoping it will not be a concern until 2015. Vinnie will be back, LC will be back and there is still a chance Ha-Ha will be back (unless he already has his degree. Why would I suggest there was still a chance with a straight face? check the 1:03 to 1:10 section of this video from 3 years ago.

I think the HaHa is coming back thought process is a lot like the Julio is coming back wishful thinking. The guy could have gotten us on probation because he borrowed a couple hundred dollars. I think he is gone.

So this question has been bothering me. I looked it up, and if I'm understanding correctly, a dead period means that there can be no face to face contact, but coaches can call during the dead period. I had no idea. I thought dead period meant no contact. Now I understand how OM could turn the heat up on Hootie during a dead period.
Speaking of that, I wonder which prospects our staff has been calling.
