yep. we are sitting here at the #1 class despite some decommits, with like 5 5stars still on the table, and we have little bitches whining about how and who the staff recruits, like they know more about evaluating players than saban. maybe we actually are as shitty a fanbase as everyone says we are.

The hell I can't get on my soap box now. That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I'm not on here all the time to defend anyone or argue everything that is said. Nobody cares to read somebody's opinion on who the staff should take or drop. Most people just want to know who we have and who we're trying to get, and where we stand with them. Anyone trying to say what the staff should do with players is talking out of their arse.

Dude you made the comparison because both are non-black, non-highly rated players. As you stated they aren't the same size or type of player.
It is quite the hypocrisy the same guys who were cheering along with me for SDH and Roberts to decommit are the same ones talking about "trust the staff" when I hope Holcome decommits or grey shirts.

Yes, thank you. This is exactly how I feel. I'm so tired of getting on here a couple times a day to catch any recruiting news, only to find two pages of some clown bitching because we aren't going after this guy, or we offered this guy, and trying to tell us why they won't work.

Has it ever dawned on you that MAYBE some of these guys decommit because the staff quits calling them? It happens all the time.

Roberts, Bessant, and SDH will/have flipped. Who cares? Do you honestly think we won't fill their spots with guys that are as good or better? It's pretty obvious our staff has been much more focused on guys like Hand, Elam, Robinson, Hootie and others.

Did it occur to you that Nick Saban was still calling Stephen Roberts to check on rumors of him wanting to flip before he flipped?

I'm not sure if you're actually directing that at me, but I'm not worried about any of it. If they don't flip I'm cool with it. If they do flip, I'm cool with it. I have full confidence in this staff and what they're doing, and even if I didn't, there's nothing I can do about it anyway.

Nobody is bashing our staffs recruiting, at least I haven't. You're just uptight and sensitive, because I said I wanted Holcombe to grey shirt or decommit, something others have said about other players on this same forum and you haven't whined about it before....

I don't have time to get on here and post my complaints every day. I barely have time to read this thread. When I do, I have to scroll past all the stupid opinions on what the staff should do, just to get to some actual info. It gets really old.

You know, if you actually knew some of the players, staff, and their families, and you saw how hard these guys work, you would probably be a little more sensitive too.
