I remember back 6 months ago when we were told that masks don't work and that 2.2 million were going to die here in the US. We only needed 15 days to flatten the curve. I also distinctly remember watching the media & others politicize drugs that have been used safely for decades all because of their hatred of the president. So much hatred that they concocted a phony study about the drugs.
Was Mr Owens this vocal about the hundreds of thousands of people all jammed together during protests and riots?

OL Chris Owens complained about the bars being packed. People on campus are saying that there’s tons of parties going on.
Regardless of your positions on masks or social distancing or whatever, you know that if there’s a very significant of uptick of cases, that’s not going to help the argument for continuation of on-campus activity like football. There would be pressure to really restrict things again.

They linked to a site that listed a bunch of studies, many from foreign countries that don't have the same safety standards we have here in the greatest country on the globe.
Beside, that side was full of political fodder.

Strangely enough, this same excuse wasn't given to the Trump rally, or other anti-covid lockdown protests where people were also wearing masks. The only thing you heard is how dangerous and reckless it was.
Or that contact tracers were strictly forbidden from asking or recording those who had attended BLM protests.
It's almost like there's a political double standard going on...

Yeah I think I will take my own word for it as I have watched enough videos with my own eyes of all the horseshite that has taken place the past couple of months.

Tell that to the media and democrat politicians, because they sure as hell made it a problem for days non-stop and then quickly jumped to the defense of the protests when they did the exact same thing. Same with the "medical experts"

Yes, the health agencies are indeed reporting the numbers.

I think that depends on where you live. In NC n the beginning no gatherings were allowed outside of those under the same household. Then it was less then 10 and now no more then 25 but yet the protest are still happening and way more then 25 come together.
The hell with guidance when they are breaking the law, but yet can because no one wants to be ostracized because of the BLM movement if they prevent or call them out. That is a political double standard. So not sure what is so hard about understanding that.

Cases and hospitalizations are falling but deaths are stubbornly remaining at a plateau at best.

Come on man.
Pretty much every decent sized city in the country may not have a mask ordinance but they definitely have group gathering limits. A lot of places were restricting more then a few people at funerals even. Yet the protests that happened in so many of these cities had hundreds to thousands of people gathered shoulder to shoulder .
