Raw whole grain oatmeal is an ingredient in my daily smoothie. So is ground flax seed. I get all the grain and fiber I need without any harmful ingredients. I don't do milk, cheese or cream. Whey Protein (in my smoothie), yogurt and cottage cheese are the only dairy foods I consume. I used to drink Almond Milk (Silk or Winn-Dixie brands only) to wash down natural crunchy peanut butter (only one ingredient, peanuts) as a bedtime snack. It's tastier than dairy milk, imo. My main diet is simple and boring. Morning smoothie, eggs, meats, veggies, fruits, beans, seeds, nuts. No processed crap. No sugar or corn syrup. No corn, white potatoes, breads, rice or pasta. Only virgin oils, olive and coconut. I do occasionally eat things that aren't so healthy, but not often. I extensively filter my own drinking (and shower) water and drink fruit & veggie juices and coffee (Coors Light or Evan Williams occasionally) -- that's all. I'm old and high mileage, so I gotta eat healthy now.

Oh shite, TS. You sound like you're a native of Santa Monica, ready to drive an electric vehicle to escape the fires in your backyard or the impending mudslides that follow. Go ahead and make the move. I'll welcome you with a trip to the best Vietnamese restaurant on the West Coast.

I hear you. Why move when you can watch our stupidity, live, from the comfort of your reasonably priced home?

That's fine, too. I know a place that makes great oxtail, conch fritters, and yuca fritters.

You'll fit in perfectly. One of the richest people that I knew was a guy named Al Benedict. He was CEO of a few casinos in Las Vegas. He was worth hundreds of millions of dollars. His bi-yearly splurge was a cream-colored Ford Fusion, and not fully loaded.

One of my childhhod friends had a millionaire father & another had a millionaire grandfather. Both of them had two vehicles. An old basic car and an old 4wd pickup. But their wives always had a new Cadillac or Lincoln.

Could help cut this out by limiting terms for those in Congress. Three terms max(6 yrs) in the House and 2 terms(12 yrs) in the Senate. It would definitely hinder the lobbyist for the bug companies.

I'm fine with limiting every elected and appointed government official to one 4-year term. More importantly, we need to limit political campaign contributions to no more than $100 per contibutor (person or oranization) per campaign, eliminate campaign advertising, and tightly limit lobbyists providing anything of value to government employees. Campaigning can be conducted cheaply via the internet and televised debates. We need to limit the ability for wealthy people or companies to influence or control elections and government officials.

Pfft.
Get back to me when you're injecting colloidal silver directly into your neck.

The timing is pretty suspicious, but if it's true, I hope he does't die. That's about the best I can muster for the orange turd.

Do you think the Trumps didn't actually test positive?

You don't honestly think they are going to cancel the debates, do you?
I mean, yeah, they'll probably push the second one back, but cancel them?
Nah.
