I'm pleased with the play right now. Officiating is obviously frustrating and it's gonna be tough down the stretch. But I do like what I see from quite a few players. My only gripe with them would be still gotta work on those free throws

They have to be doing something in the off season that affects them mentally when it comes to FT shooting. There's videos of them working on it, and having to run if someone misses one.

I haven't seen the freshman UK has coming in but the guys they had coming back were really underwhelming last year. Could be a bit of a down year for the cats

Memphis might be pretty bad.
0-6 on 3P, missed 9 FT and they only have 2 assists.
I don’t care that we are down a few guys and in bad shape with foul trouble, we have to win this game.

I like what I’ve seen. Down a few players. A potential all American sitting out. 20 fouls. And we are up 2? All the fouls are keeping us from getting into any kind of rhythm. And I agree on the free throws. Seems like we’ve always had problems with FT’s.

Nothing can be more frustrating when you can't hit free throws. Especially in the gym by yourself. I get it, but if you commit to a routine and constantly do it. 75 % should not be a problem. I can't speak for the 6'8 and up guys that have huge hands. But guys around 6'0 should definitely not have much of a problem. At least if they are dedicated to working on it.

We just need to get through this game. That's all I'm asking for is to get by with a W.

If they come out and come at us down low it's still gonna tough late. We are probably gonna have at least 3 guys fouled out so hopefully we can go on a run early to start the half

I just can't believe we have a PG as a HC, and we're a team that struggles with free throws.
