I noticed that the last time I posted something about us possibly being ranked....why do they get so mad

They're just upset that they're not in there; not so much about Alabama being ranked. They deserve some love at least.

On a serious note, I hope our players aren't getting too excited about these preseason rankings. I don't want them going into the season relaxed and statisfied with possibly being ranked. We haven't earned anything yet. Being ranked isn't good enough.

Sexton's probably fuming mad right now bc our highest ranking is only 17. He's probably gonna come out on the court next year mad talkin out "Don't disrespect us by ranking us that low!"

Man I think he should give us so much pub during the season that it catches some good recruits attention. Hope he doesn't go overboard with the show boasting though.

That's a different type of game though. I don't expect him to do that in a close game that actually counts.

Dang...hopefully we'll actually go after some transfers now. Hate seeing players leave when there's no one in place (that we know of) to take the spot

I'm surprised by that but I can't blame him. If he's not going to hit shots, he really doesn't provide all that much on the court. Hopefully we are in the market for solid grad transfer additions.

I don't know. I thought he was one of the best ball handlers and finishers on the team last year. He was a lot more athletic than expected with his reputation as a shooter.

I remember AL.com had a video of Armond hitting like 20 straight 3 pointers, and I was really excited for him.
