I read on twitter that we had over 50 scouts from the NBA at the pro day. Pretty good for the first one ever.

We ended up not having scouts from every team there. Three were missing. Our guys received positive feedback. Obviously Sexton, Petty and Key were already on their radar, but Herb and Daniel also performed well.

I'm guessing Petty is looking the best right now

Multiple NBA guys raving to me about Alabama frosh backcourt of Collin Sexton and John Petty. Both could wind up being first-rounders.

While I still think Sexton is the better player, many people forget Petty was widely considered a top 5 recruit 2 years ago.

Coming in, I thought he might be a tad overrated. But, during the summer, he looked like the best player on the court.

Same way I felt. Glad he's lived up to the hype

And I wouldn't rule out Herb Jones being the guy Cecil was talking about. I think he's going to surprise some people. I also heard Mo Williams praising him recently.

And Petty has been good for quite a while. He was highly ranked when he was in 10th grade. He's accustomed to playing with really high expectations.

Petty was considered top 5? I knew he was identified as a 5* since the beginning but didn't realize he was top 5

The two of them will be exciting to watch for sure when they both are clicking at the same tine

Heard from multiple NBA Scouts that Herb Jones was truly a surprise at Alabama’s Pro Day. They have pegged him as a future lottery pick.

I'm gonna need a better source to believe this. Don't get me wrong I love Herb's potential, but lottery pick? Come on

Im really excited to see what Dazon can do now that he isnt gonna be the primary ball handler and can play a position he is more accustomed to.

Hasn't he always been a primary ball handler even going back to highschool?
