Yeah I wouldn't fire a coach just off of these results in Year 1 even though I think he should be doing better, but the rumors that go around about his attitude are troubling. Someone the other day said he's basically given up on this team. If he's already gave up in Year 1, u think he wouldn't give up again?

It's all definitely concerning. It's difficult to be very understanding when you are sucking this bad. Next year might be the "do or die" year. You hate to only give a guy 2 years, but the way this year has gone and if next year isn't much better, then you would expect Byrne to make a change. Byrne might want to hire his own guy anyway.

Look at his career. His first year sticks out. If Alabama doesn't make a move year two, he won't work.

I don't know. It was a rebuilding year regardless. And Goff is a major hardass. Gaspard was a player's coach.

Yes but we're still alive after dropping the potential game ending flyball... that number 44 must be the only pitcher left they are with him through some thick and thin.

I think dropping the game winner has rattled us. Three up three down in the top of the 12th.
