Yea they are. And then double elimination starts Wednesday. Ideally we'll get to play A&M Tuesday, but it's unlikely. Kentucky can really hit and we'll be throwing Bramblett or a rusty Keller probably. AJ Reed is a beast on the mound too, although you don't have to be to shut us down

Dave Duncan was a catcher and was one of the best pitching coaches in baseball history, no?

Same basic lineup for us, again. I guess when things for the past month are going just so splendidly offensively you'd hate to shake things up a bit.

Homerun Mikey White and it's 1-0 in the first.

Salem strikes out and then Moore and Wass both walk. MSU doing what they do and making a pitching change with one out in the first.

Overstreet grounded the first pitch for a DP to end the first.

Meanwhile, Georgia beats Kentucky. Kentucky can't pass us and they are the nine seed and A&M the ten. If we lose or Arkansas wins we'll be the eight seed, we win and they lose we'll be 7 still.

State walks two straight and then hits White with two outs to load the bases. Salem then goes after the first pitch from the guy who can't throw strikes and grounds out to the mound. 1-0 T3

Missouri leads Arkansas 4-0. Huge difference between the 7 and 8 seed in Hoover.

Yea mostly because of that first single-elimination game. I mentioned it earlier, but Kentucky would be a nightmare matchup.

Ben Moore homer makes it 2-0 in the fifth.

Yep, and I think we can make a run on Ole Miss's side of the bracket. They don't scare me, even though they finished second in the league. We already swept them, Florida on the other hand….

Yea, plus (if we win today) two outta of the three teams from South Carolina, MSU, and Vandy well be the 4 and 5 seed and also in the Florida side of the bracket. Florida, USC, MSU and us doesn't sound fun Gotta win Tuesday or it's irrelevant which is why I really want the 7.

Kamplain pulled in the sixth after a couple of singles. 1st and 2nd one out, Shaw coming on. Need him to get out of this and turn it over to Burrows.

Missouri is up 4-1 in the 7th. Does Keller start Tuesday for us?

It'd be him or Bramblett. I'd think Keller if he's back to being completely healthy. Could be a case where they both get some innings. Who knows. It'll be a make shift staff that first day with Turnbull and Kamplain not available and Keller still working his way back.

Shaw issues a leadoff walk and then a wild pitch. Two groundouts produce a run. Burrows comes on to get the final out of the inning. 2-1 B7

No surprise but Arkansas is rallying in the ninth. Already scored two, two in and no out, 5-3 Mizzou

So Missouri blows a 4-run lead in the ninth and THEN takes their starting pitcher out after 132 pitches. WTF

Burrows pitches around a leadoff single and a two out walk, MSU missed a go ahead double by inches. 2-1 B8.

Haynie strikes out for the hundredth time this weekend. He needs to grab a permanent spot on the bench. Cucjen keeps playing third and Vincent as DH, IMO. Missouri had two on and one out but didn't score. They're going to extras. Can't trust Missouri's pen, we should have hit the ball better at Arkansas and not lost 2-1 and 1-0 and then we wouldn't be worried about Mizzou

We're going to the ninth up 2-1.

Alabama wins 2-1 Big win for the psyche of this team moving forward. Still have to shake up this lineup some.

Come on Mizzou.
