That's great man, dogs are the best

Trying to avoid thinking about the coming end for our 11 year old Jack Russell. We bought her in Moundville when we were dating and in grad school....and now we have 2 (about to be 3) kids. She's literally been with us since we were kids ourselves.

Gonna be tough.

Congrats Saint. Looks like a Shihpoo or a yorkiepoo. Beautiful little dogs

Thanks man.

His mom is a ShihPoo.

I actually don't have him yet. I'm getting him tomorrow.

My wife is in Virginia taking care of her sister until Saturday so I'm gonna have my hands full with three kids, a bearded dragon and a puppy for the next two days.

I've had two die within the last year.

One was with us the entirety of our relationship. She was old and got a tumor on her liver. Practically deteriorated from normal to paralyzed in less than 4 hours. Scary shite.

My one year old dog was hit by some a-hole in my parents neighborhood 15 minutes before we were leaving town to go to my in-laws.

Damn I remember the car hit but I didn't know about the other. That's awful.

Well hopefully your new lil shite will have a spunky personality.

I knew you had more than one. I was scared to ask about it though. I’m so sorry that you lost her. She was the one eyed little one, I think?

She's fine. Had to have sinus reconstructive surgery on Friday. Her recovery has been way easier than they said it was so my wife is just kinda hanging out with her.

I wasn't either until my son asked for one for his birthday. Of course he was going to take care of him, but he's more interested in his girlfriend so now Ricky is my wife and mine.

He's cool as shite. Doesn't bite, barely moves and likes watching TV at night.

I’ve had similar stuff done. Had to walk around for about a week with a damn tampon up my nose and splints. My septum was a freaking mess before they opened it up

Got two actually but one is strictly indoors and other is half and half outside . Most loving dogs I have ever had . Paid $1000 for one and $1800 for the other. We are partial to one but they are worth the money

No, the one eyed prick is still kicking. fricking fatass. He's 8.

She was the brindle boxer mix. She was around 12-13 years.

The kids gave up on animals. They all seem to adopt me. Youngest made me get her a York chocolate cat from the shelter named Starbucks. I’m not even a cat person, never had one, and the damn thing took up with me. Craziest cat I’ve ever seen. He acts like a dog sometimes and that cat will talk to you. You say something to him and he’ll just meow right back at you like he’s answering.

Wife made me buy the same daughter a Golden Doodle for her 9th birthday. Drove to Montgomery to get him. He was named River which we thought was a stupid name for a dog so we named him Cooper for Amari Cooper, my favorite Bama player at the time. I was holding Cooper as we drove home and the little shite curled up and fell asleep on my lap. He’s been my shadow ever since. I love this dog, he’s smart and loyal and doesn’t shed a bit. Doodles are great. Mine tends to be a little on the hyper side; he’s got too much poodle in him. Most of them are real chill and take more after the golden retriever side. He’s a cool dog though, I wouldn’t trade him for nothing.

Awesome dogs. Have one that’s 13 that still will begrudgingly jog with my slow arse.
