If Burch would to come absolutely! But if not I think I like Alfred Collins from Texas . Has very good senior highlights moves like Q . Very quick . And with Tim Smith on board ( hopefully sticks) I’d rather have a more athletic DL today than another run stuffer. Smith moves very good for a big guy anyways.

I agree. Collins' upside is great. But it doesn't appear that we're trending for him. His mom played basketball at Texas.

A poster on BOL said Kennedy is tweeting about how stacked Bamas class is.

Looks good for the good guys.

That can't be. According to Finebaum, the dynasty is dead and Saban is on his last leg at Alabama.

Has anyone heard anything about Ruggs' brother coming to Bama? I think he was a linebacker at Ole Miss a couple years ago and he's in Junior College now. I work with a guy who says he knows the Ruggs' family and this was a very good possibility.

Edwards, defense lead Destrehan to state title game

quote:

Destrehan senior running back Kyle Edwards should have been dead tired after Friday night’s Class 5A state semifinal at Wildcat Stadium.

The Alabama commit ran for 209 yards and three touchdowns on 27 carries as the seven-seeded Wildcats earned a 27-17 victory over No. 11 Haughton, but he still had energy.

The senior raced around the field with the “D” in the DHS flag trio to celebrate with the fans.

“Everyone doubted us at 4-3, and now, we’re in the Dome,” said Edwards, who had 1,580 yards rushing and 24 touchdowns before Friday night. “When I had the flag in my hands, it was just letting everyone know that this was for Destrehan. This was all for my team and my community.”

He tried to twist Jacobs ankle in the end zone a few years ago after getting punked

If it means Henry comes back for his senior season, then sign him up though

There's a voluntary withdrawal exception rule loophole that Bama used to take Tyson and Reichard without them counting against the 25 limits, only the 85. Maybe Bama would take him in that manner (additional explanation).

Speaking of RB, does Najee stay for his senior season? Kiper does not have him in his top 10 eligible RBs for the draft. That might scare someone away because of the depth chart. Also, does Bama have to worry about Kiffin flipping any recruits?

Kiffin is too far behind to make much impact. It’s the Ole Mi$$ boo$ster$ you need to worry about.

She's a bitter bitch. Basically blamed Bama for Josh getting addicted to drugs and everything else. At the end she was promoting HBCU colleges claiming they actually care about student athletes

Yep. The Vyvanse drug she said her son got addicted to is a controlled substance. It's an amphetamine typically prescribed for ADHD, as well as binge-eating disorders, and it does have dangerous side effects. However, she said it's a PED that his position coach coerced him into taking. Bitch is a liar.

ETA: This topic is hijacking this thread.

Thread: Joshua Frazier's Mom Blog Post

Let's post about it there instead of in here.

Thanks.

Yeah. It is a crazy article and Josh had already distanced himself from her. He did mention that there are some issues he has with the program, but he wanted to address them privately. Seems weird altogether.

HBCU!!!!

Josh’s response

I wonder what he means by, “the program I signed up to play for.”
