I don’t want you to freak out.. but I don’t think we are getting Rakim. Money talks and It was already a uphill battle and with them adding Gilbert it made it alittle tougher. They sold Gilbert on being more open due to the other talent having to be covered more. Rakim helped sell this to him, the main question is who do they have throwing to all that talent? That’s where I think they have a silent commit that will announce and make a splash for them. Looking like a flip, I have NO idea who it is.. but there is one out there.

They already have two QBs committed.
The only guy who makes a little sense is Harrison Bailey, but he seems solid to Tennessee.
He's Gilbert's QB at Marietta.

I thought there has been smoke for awhile with Jarrett. He's already committed so flipping him will be tough but there's a chance there. At least from what I read anyway but he may be trolling

I'm interested to see who we get on offense at the skill positions now. I was always skeptical of Young changing the calculus much on getting unexpected guys cause we are pretty full and had guys targeted already. That is why I always prefer we get that QB on early so they can recruit, not that we could help it in this case and we are lucky to get Bryce. With Arik going to LSU it seems like 1 of the 4 receivers we were always looking at and possibly the Pegues kid at tight end along with a back is how it will end which is how it looked before Young committed.

I'm sure the guys we are getting are really good but we have had a tradition of at least one stellar frosh receiver like cooper, ridley, jeudy

Bell-Jones already has that potential. Jarrett, Smith, and Boutte (although he maybe Devonta skinny) will as well.

Everyone's highlights are good so I'm not a good evaluator however some of the 5 stars I watch you can just tell they are men amongst boys

He got a late offer from Clemson after some felt he was trending away from UGA towards Bama. Some think Clemson has first pick of Smith or Henderson and then some WR dominos will fall from there. As the Gilbert recruitment proved, it is all speculation.
I starting to want the gold medal olympic speed Smith has on the Bama roster. He would be a waste a UGA.
