This kid was thought to be all bammie all day and what happens? Ogeron and lsu pulls the kinda shite they think only nick saban and alabama is capable of.

I mean they finally pulled the wool over our eyes in recruiting. Doesn’t cancel out the 100 times we have done it to them the past 12 years

Again I agree but based on that is he(19) right now is a better recieving threat than Tennison and miller?
So a kid like Gilbert(receiving threat) would have been told different by lsu based on NO-WAY Saban,
will let a true freshman TE come in a take time from a SR/Jr combo who's been in the program that long.
I agree with you but I am saying it was not a hard sell by LSU based on them having nothing after there two upper class men at TE.
We have another TE committed, a red shirt receiving TE, latu and two upper class-men who are playing 90% of the snaps.
It was not a hard sell..!

But you are wrong. Nick didn’t get trolled. Highly doubt he was even watching the announcement. Kid wanted to go play somewhere else. End of story. It just opens room for other areas and prospect.

Perception to who? Young flipping to us was huge perception wise. You can't even compare the two. The amount of pub we got from that will be 100 times more than this. At the end of the day he may be good but he is a tight end. Nobody outside of recruiting people will care.

Young flipping to alabama wasn't "huge", not even close. Noises about that had been onging for months and the pieces fit perfectly.
USC is a Walmart parking lot shite diaper right now. Alabama has a west coast offensive coordinator and also one of the best offenses in the country.

Also, I read where Rusty Mansell didn't put in a CB until today I think because he hadn't actually heard from anyone that Gilbert had called coaches and told them what he was doing.
So, I know it sounds crazy, but maybe the kid just didn't tell anyone until the end and in the end it was different than what people thought.
