I sure wish that Young was a little taller

We also need to do everything that we can to hold onto Maye. He's like Coker except with a much quicker release

His comments about Young commiting didn’t instill a lot of confidence that he will stick IMO. Hope I am wrong

I agree. Seemed like he wanted to see where Young was positioned. Made me nervous

Maye is going to be a great one too. Hope he doesn't bail. Would make a terrific one two punch with Young. Mack is going to be all over him now.

Tidalsurge posted this back a couple of weeks ago.
Of course it is always fluid.

Drake Maye -- Very firm with his commitment; he knew Bama was in a good spot with Young when he committed.

Drake Maye recently said he's "all Bama" and not concerned about competing against Young or anyone else. He's shut down his recruitment and is actively recruiting. He's already been to Bama vs Duke and Southern Miss. He's on campus this weekend and will be back for the LSU game.
He's grown a bit ~ 6-5/210 now.

Whoa man, you're star gazing. That's a death sentence around here!

Anyone watch the FL-LSU game. I was impressed with Emory Jones and I see why Saban went so hard for him. Guys like that sometimes don't last long but damn hes fast

He was once ranked the #55 player, but then gained some bad weight. He's now the # 330-ranked player. DJ Dale was the #410-ranked player when Bama took his commitment.

If Young starts next year, Maye is gone.

I don’t know if we will even sign him to be honest.. his comments didn’t sound too convincing. I get it too.. two guys with that talent want to play.

He really is using all five stars to cause havoc in Washington's backfield.
He does look good.
