Yeah, Clay Webb. A few months ago some UGA fans said he's doing well. But with the way Dalcourt is coming along, it appears he may turn out to be just as good as Webb, maybe better.
Webb seems like a good kid. He lived in Oxford, AL and is friends with Quick and Tyson, but he actually has more "in-state" ties to GA (UGA alum family, some live near Athens) than AL and was much more likely to go to UGA. It would've been more of a steal if Bama landed him. The writing on the wall began in April 2018 when he went to G-Day instead of A-Day.

I wasn't meh on Gilbert, but getting a 5 star TE wasn't a big deal to me. I went back and looked at some of the things Sark has done with Fred Davis, Austin Seferian-Jenkins and Austin Hooper and now I'm really excited. Hope Gilbert commits soon cause Sark is going to use him well.

His highlights are sped up a little bit.
He's a polarizing figure on the Georgia 247 board.

What We Learned: No. 1 Mater Dei takes down Orange Lutheran as Trinity League play begins
Pull his offer.
Never mind. He can stay.
quote:
Young threw two interceptions in the first half. One, in the red zone, appeared to be tipped at the line of scrimmage, the CIF-SS broadcast group said. The second was a deep pass that was very slightly underthrown, and the Orange Lutheran defender was in good position to take it. It wasn’t the Alabama commit’s best game of the season.
Pull his offer.
quote:
Yet he still threw four touchdowns to four receivers. Mater Dei’s offense moved the ball with apparent ease. On a kickoff in which the Monarchs got the ball inside their own five-yard line, Young promptly ran it for a first down and then continued driving it.
Never mind. He can stay.

I guess I was the same way just because we have Drew Sanders, but we needed a big time TE badly. Any offense is way more open and gives you a safety valve and multiple seam routes, but like you said Sark has done a lot of great things with TE’s. We need a big time TE in this class to really open things up
ETA: and hell, Gilbert’s best position could potentially be DE/LB, so I’m up to taking any elite TE that wants to come our way

Is Jordan Banks having a bad senior year or off field issues or something? I understand he probably missed his window with Alabama, but to go from that top 4 to Arizona state in such a short time is odd.
ETA I should read the thread. Been answered. Good luck to Banks

Like to say he ended up at Youngstown State?
