Hope Anoma leaving doesn't affect Braswell.

Why would it? Braswell will very likely become a star playing LB at Bama. Anoma doesn't have what it takes to accomplish that. Anoma will be sitting out the 2019 season unless he transfers to a juco or non-FBS school.
ETA: Best wishes to Anoma. I hope and pray he learns well from his mistakes.

Unless Braswell is both entitled and soft, he won’t have the problems Anoma does. I don’t think he is either of those things. He’s a dog.

wouldn't you think with the dire nature of his transfer (family issues) and his GF is nearing the final chapter, seems there would be an easy grant of a waiver?
I think he plays this year, may be mistaken; but do think he manages a hardship waiver for his GF's condition, especially if he goes to Maryland

Kedrick James transfers to SMU. Just FYI.

Yours is the first mention of his girlfiend I've seen. I assume you're saying she's pregnant. Waiver's aren't supposed to be granted for transfers to relocate due to serious illness of family members other than parents or siblings. Tbh, it doesn't matter to me if Anoma gets a waiver or not. But, I do think the NCAA needs to and intends to tighten up on granting them.

Not that anyone will give a rip; however, after weeks of dealing with "blowed up" pc's my new one should be arriving on Tuesday and up and running by the end of the week.
I should then be able to contribute once again.

I wondered why you abruptly quit posting much at all.
I do all of my posting with my phone. That's why almost all of my posts get edited.
Glad you'll be back in action, bro!

Braswell and Anoma are from the same high school and likely know each other. If Anoma left on bad terms, he could tell Braswell some things that could make him go elsewhere. Just like Alvin Kamara did to recruits a few years ago.

remasterDebbieDowner916, can you list the recruits Bama lost because of Kamara?
Btw, Shane Lee and Darrian Dalcourt are former HS teammates with Braswell, and they LOVE it at Bama.

“IF” he failed a drug test, I would say that makes the above statement mute!

after seeing the "suspended" and facing some other issues from the university seems to hinder a waiver being granted. So with a transfer that is mostly because of his lack of ability to not indulge and really probably has nothing to do with the illness of his GF, seems should not be granted a waiver...and if his "books" aren't up to par, would think Maryland would have an issue with his transfer too (if that is where he is headed). All in all his enrollment has been a disappointment all the way around, I would believe

Clemson picked up 4 CBs for Justin Flowe in the last few days.

We still have a chance to woo him over on his OV, but it is disappointing that, at least according to 247, his OV is on a Friday and not on a big game day. I'd be fine with adding Webb, as he can also play inside, and calling it a day at LB.
Posted on 7/29/19 at 8:38 am to RammerJammer91
Apparently Flowe is arriving on Friday Sep 20. OVs are allowed a 48-hr window to be on campus. The S Miss game on Sat Sep 21 will probably kickoff before noon.
