Excellent news! Bama's staff's #2 OG target nationally, behind only Justin Rogers. A&M thought they had him leaning their way before the visit.

So they’re not recruiting Rogers as a DT?

A few insiders on BOL are also saying Bama's staff really likes Hill A LOT and had him very high on their OL board.
With spots getting tight and grad transfer OL Landon Dickerson also committed, I think Bama may not take any more OLs unless it's someone who also plays DL, like Omari Thomas or Justin Rogers.

Any info on Burch he’s very quiet on his recruitment. And do you think we made a move with Milton? Everyone is saying Georgia. I actually like the back from Okie Mcleellan he will not go down on first or second contact.
Per Tim Watts:
Jordan Burch and his mom's visit went very well and Bama has a chance. He also said USCe has been trending more than Clemson has with Burch lately.
Bama also made a strong impression on Jase McClellan and his mom. McClellan has been taking visits and OU has been recruiting other RBs, but no decommitment or flip is expected at this juncture.
Kendall Milton's OV went great and Bama made up some ground on UGA. He's through with OVs now, so he may reach and announce a decision very soon (Evans' dad said in a recent tweet that he himself can't wait to get the whole recruiting process wrapped up).
Zachary Evans -- Sources close to him believe the Tide leads, but other teams are still involved and he’s going to take as much time as he needs to make a decision. However, he's also said he wants to announce before his senior year.
Note: From what I've seen lately from credible posters on BOL as well as BOL and UGA mods, it's looking like Bama will probably land Evans, UGA will probably land Milton and McClellan will probably stick with OU.

I read the RB situation the same way as the informed posters. It will be interesting to see who among them plus the highly rated RBs Clemson & Miami got will emerge as the Alpha of this class or will a Josh Jacobs outsider take the honors?
Side note: All 3-star OL are ours this year. We will not be trading or compromising.

We get the best of the bunch. Nice.

Thanks brother lots of info! Sounds good especially with Burch and Evans

I actually like Mclellan better than Milton . So if our possible choices are better with Evans or maybe Mcleellan , I’m down with that.

Yep, but just for those guys that bloodtide39 asked about. The article covered all the notable targets that visited and camped this weekend. Some other highlights from the article:
Xzavier Henderson's visit went great. Bama is very much in it for him.
It sounds like Kristian Story will announce his commitment to Bama on July 18th and Joel Williams will probably announce very soon.
Jordan Banks, who Bama likes at ILB and is Traeshon Holden's teammate, says Bama is still his favorite. He has a green light to commit.
Jahquez Robinson is solid with his commitment. Shyheim Carter has taken on a mentor-type role with him. Robinson plans to come back for next month’s cookout and go over the playbook some more with Carter.

Dazalin Worsham's Twitter profile used to show that he's a Bama commit. It doesn't now. He took an OV to Miami this past weekend.

Xzavier Henderson or E.J. Williams could take his spot.

There is a good chance he did a silent flip to UM Sunday morning based on Miami social media. TS was saying he wouldn't be in this class.
Hopefully we get either Williams or Henderson. I don't know whether I want more South Florida receivers or if I want the top in state receiver. Maybe someone else drops and we get a chance at both. Damn you recruiting.

Yes please. Cary Clark from BamaMag has said that Williams is the best WR he's seen in the state in a while, and one of the best overall in his years of scouting them. He's seen him in person.
Also, Henderson might be the most impressive receiver specimen in this class. Combo of 6'3.5" and state 400 meter champion (if memory serves me correctly) with excellent Junior highlights has him #1 on my personal WR list.
