Up to this point. We've took Bridges, Spellman, and Brunson out of this game. We are forcing other players to step up and DiVincenzo has done that.
That's what a good team does.
We haven't had anyone step up on the offensive side. Petty has to come in and let it fly.

They're letting them play on both ends, so I don't have a problem with the lack of fouls. I thought there should have been one when the guy jumped on Hall's back on that entry pass though. He got mugged.

They definitely have missed some fouls, but I agree that it is more a reflection of a game wide swallowing of whistles
