The way this season has gone we are going to lose in Starkville by 12, beat Tennessee, lose to LSU and @Kentucky, win @Auburn, sweep Florida, lose at home to Arkansas and @aTm. Because this team makes no sense.

if we could play a full 40 minutes this team would be close to unstoppable. They had 15 points in first half off our TO's and only 3 in the second half.

ESPN is apparently committed to keeping Trae Young's stat line permanently on the screen. They are doing it in this OU-Texas game and it's 6 minutes in.

Agreed, look at Duke..They're freaking stacked and they're having issues. Anyone who doesn't think youth is a factor is kidding themselves. This team just needs to bring against the teams who don't have a ranking beside them and they'll be fine. Sexton might have had his best all round game today. I think we are better when he scores 17-20 pts and we have at least 2 more guys helping. Petty shouldn't even consider the NBA, would hate to see him make the jump because he's not ready. I've learned to not look ahead with this team but I'm definitely not gonna give up on them or Avery .

Jay billas just said young is the closest thing he's seen to Steph Curry. I hope he's talking about NBA curry because college trae young is already way better than college Steph curry. Not saying he will be a better pro though

Mother Frick I'm so tired of hearing about that ballhog in Norman. An NBA GM that takes him over sexton will be clearing out his office in a few years. He's in a system that lets him do whatever the hell he wants and he plays zero defense. That's the main reason he didn't go to Kentucky because he wasn't gonna be "the man" there.

Yeah it's gotten a little tiresome but the dude is a great offensive player. Probably will never be good defensively but may not have to. I will still take sexton everyday. Bias be damned

Young is #1 in assist, so I don't get the narrative that he's a ball hog. He doesn't play good defense, but he's got incredible range and a lot of other strengths that translate to the NBA.
