Florida has been hot and cold, this season... I'm actually unsure how the game will go now that I think about it.

Hope we win, no expectation of anything. Also no enthusiasm or excitement.

2 teams coming off losses. Should be a good game. I expect Bama to bring it with more fire compared to that shite show during the week.
If that's enough idk. The team has the ability to beat anyone depending on which team shows up.

I would like to know what our record is once Petty hits 3+ 3s compared to games he has hit less than 3 3s

I think we have only lost 2 games when Petty hits 3 threes. One was @Zona.

We have not fared well at the O'Connell center over the years. It's been a graveyard for better teams than this one. And Mike White is a pretty good coach. First impression, Gators going in dry, double digit beatdown. But that's the logical, reasoned approach. Ain't nothing about this bunch logical. Buckle up for the Avery roller coaster ride to continue. Bama plays an inspired, hard fought game but the road woes continue. Bama falls in Gainesville, 74-70

I can see the standard Bama road script playing out today. Get ahead early, piss the lead away by halftime, let them go on a run early in the 2nd half, claw back to within 4-6 with ~8 minutes to go, let them go on a quick run fueled by back to back 3s, fight back to within 4-6 again with 2 minutes to go, then end up losing by 8-10 because we have no one to hit clutch shots and resort to fouling.

That's how I see the game going. It will either be one of two types of frustrating defeats. We will either:
1- play a hard fought game that lures us in to believing we will win, only to have some poor execution/lazy turnovers late that cause us to lose by 5 or less OR
2- get blown out and quit similar to the Georgia game
I just don't see them keeping the lead from 5-15 throughout the game and having a comfortable win. It will either be a blowout loss or a heart breaker.

If we lose, we all get a heated Wimp on the roundtable.

Well, when you see the same thing over and over again it becomes really easy to predict. We have 4 or 5 road games, usually against superior opponents, play out exactly like that every season.

I'll say we win. It just depends on how Florida shoots though. They live and die by the three. If he's healthy, Herbert should really start this game guarding 3gor, but he probably won't.

That's why we will lose. Florida can shoot the 3, we can't defend the 3. Case closed.

Oklahoma can't shoot 3s? Auburn can't shoot 3s? We aren't even bad at defending threes. We're just mediocre. Our weaknesses are on offense, and Florida is a mediocre defensive team.
Of our 8 losses, two have come against what I would call 3pt shooting teams- Vandy and Arizona although Arizona has a great big man as well. Maybe you could throw in Ole Miss too, but they're more of a driving team. The teams we have really struggled with are long, strong, slow-paced teams like Mizzou, Georgia, and Minnesota.
They've lost to Loyola Chicago and South Carolina in their home gym. It's not a closed case at all.

Free throws will have something to say about it.

I think we win. This board was tailor-made for the bipolar hot takes after every game.
