Some guy on Twitter said it's not a legit injury , that's it's disciplinary issue lol. I think people just pull bullshite out of thin air sometimes

The best part of the game, other than squeezing out a win, was Red Panda, the half time entertainment.
Probably the biggest cheers from the crowd all night.
YouTube her and watch her tricks.

That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. He was limping when he walked out of the locker room against Auburn. I’m sure Avery told him to fake that lol some people are so stupid

I'd much rather it be a disciplinary issue
I agree with you though, people just pull shite out of thin air

Yeah like Avery wants to sit him for effect lol. Dumbass people never cease

I swear that wasn’t me on Twitter.

It's good that the team has stepped up without Collin, the rant is discussing if we re a better team without him...Which is beyond stupidity if u ask me.

We moved the ball better in the first half. I actually wondered if the team kinda gets caught up and depends on him to make something happen at times.

I don't know if better is the right term. You never get better by losing your best player, and while Sexton is a score first guard he finds open guys all the time. We just don't shoot well enough for it to matter. That said, we do have a tendency to just watch when he's on the court and has the ball. Our off ball movement has been a lot better the last couple of games. Way less standing around.

Yeah I agree with this. I think we tried to run too much earlier in the season too. I hope we don't try to do that again when Sexton gets back. It's possible Avery adjusted our pace without consideration of Sexton's health.

Fair point, he would have way more assists if we converted consistently. He's score 1st but I'm glad he won't take 35 shots like young did today for Oklahoma. I think they're really slowing down and I think our length can give him nightmares. Just wanna beat them and have Collin healthy because I think he'll eat young alive.

Right now the goal needs to be just finding a way to beat Ole Miss on the road in conference.
We're sitting 3rd in the SEC one game behind Florida. Find a way to stay there the rest of the season and there will be a Tourney bid waiting no matter what happens against Oklahoma.

Agreed. Key to beating ole miss will be defending...Our team is in good shape and coming together slowly I think. If they continue to defend and rebound we ll be sitting pretty .

We'd get more mileage from an Oklahoma win than an Ole Miss win.
Regardless, we can't tank the SEC. Need to go at least a 10-8 in conference

That's y I think Oklahoma would be a big win...That's a resume builder seed wise. I think 10-8 or better in sec is very realistic

I mean we should expect this team to get better considering how young we are and Key getting back to form.

I was thinking, imagine how good this team will be next year if everyone returns except Collin. We’d basically have the same team that we’ve saw the past 2 games. They’re looking pretty good now as freshmen and sophomores, but add another year of experience plus add in the 2018 class and Tevin Mack, and we’re looking at a pretty good team again next year

Didn't toon in here during the game but of course bama decided to remind us who they were after half. We only get stress filled games lol. Love the way these guys are playing right now (Ingram stop putting your shoulder down so blatant when you drive though. Gotta be more slick) I'm not sure how we play when sexton gets back but I'm hoping he fits more into what we are doing right now than how it was before. It reminded me of Carmelo Anthony iso ball and while you can get buckets it really isn't sustainable. And petty has really shined too since he's been out.

Sec Network should have a SEC in 60 twice a week with a the NCAAM games.
I don't know if they still don't in football but it was a solid 60 mins with recaps of the sec games without commentary. Not full games but more than just 1:30-2 mins of highlights.
Would be a nice recap to watch over coffee.
