Jones is a GREAT fit for the Rams. They didn't go OL early, and in the FOURTH round they got a top 50 player.

any thoughts on Michael williams the run blocking TE. Is there a team that plays that kinda smash mouth who would pick him up

I wouldn't be surprised to see Williams go to the Falcons (if he's still there). I don't think he gets out of the 4th round

I don't know if BMW will be drafted. Maybe in the 7th. He's more than just a run blocking TE, he's really good in pass pro too, for a TE.

I agree; wouldn't surprise me if he goes undrafted. His 40 time was atrocious even for a big blocking TE. That said, I think he'll make a roster and have a decent career

Yeah, he's a pure blocker (and the best at his position by a wide margin) who can be a red zone target and has the ability to consistently get you first downs if you need him to. The one thing you've gotta like about him is he understands how and where to sit down against a zone.

I like the idea of him putting on weight and kicking in to OL, but who knows if anyone would try it.

Packers draft Jonathan Franklin. Lacy's gonna have some competition

Well he should have plenty of motivation to succeed. What was he, the third or fourth RB taken and the pack drafts two runners. Go get em lacy

I wouldn't say he's gonna have competition, I'd say he's gonna have a partner. Two rookies, make them a one-two punch with the best QB in the league, they both last longer, maybe they stay there and be like Stewart/D-Will for years to come.

They are a great pairing, should be a fine tandem. Packers can run some 2 back shotgun sets, as both offer value in the pass game.

Hate that it means the end for Alex Green, I was really high on him a few years back. Ran like Steven Jackson, but Stephen Jackson didn't play at Hawaii.

Wow. Jesse still available at this stage is AMAZING. Chapman went with the first pick in the fifth round last year, and Jesse is a hell of a lot better than him.

Ok, Cleveland will be picking soon. No Guards worth a damn on the board except maybe Alvin Bailey, so maybe they go Jesse Williams to help their new 34 defense. I hard they may be trying to trade Rubin, so it's possible.
