Yeah...the depth at LB is crazy good. Its huge loss to loce a player like RF but at the same time its not cause we are sooooo deep at the position

I don't know about that. I've heard rumors he's had issues with his weight while injured. I think he's a linebacker all the way and his playing weight might be somewhere around 240lbs to 250lbs.

I think Auburn will do their best to make sure he maintains that weight and he'll be star at MLB for Auburn.

Foster at 6'2 or probably shorter and just looking at him he doesn't look like he can hold another 20 to 30 lbs.

In that case then Reggie Ragland at 6'4 255lbs will not be a MLB for Alabama. I know for sure Ragland frame could hold another 10 to 15 lbs easy.

Big difference between 6'1 250 and 6'4 255. I will say that at Bama I think RF would be a LB all the way, but most teams utilize smaller LBs than we do.

Hmm hard to believe the last part. If I remember kids like him are allowed to take visits and not have to worry about the you shop we shop thing. Hmm...on second thought I could see CNS having a talk with him but I just cant see him telling RF he cant take any visits.

BVG likes his LB's much in the same mold as Saban fwiw. Roof liked the smaller we can't tackle very good LB's.

I disagree that kid athletic and fits us perfectly. Hightower was 6'2 260 so I think it could happend. Doubt he plays TE also with OJ coming in.

It makes sense now. TM saying he wouldnt be considering a certain school because of what he heard. LOL love CNS. Most of us are upset but im pretty sure CNS knew that this would happend if he gave RF that choice.

I agree as well. I know Reggie Ragland will play MLB for Alabama as well. The point I was trying to make was directed towards the poster in regards to Foster gaining 20lbs and not playing MLB.

Hightower was 6'4" and measured 6'3" and 1/2 at the combine. Foster is 6'1" at best. Hightower was also only 240lbs as a highschool senior.

Foster weighed in at 251 at the opening.

Hightower also played in a 3-4 were some weaknesses can be masked.

Foster will play in a 4-3 and have to cover alot more ground. He will be a good player for Aub, but I doubt he will ever reach his full potential.

Think about it. That rumor about Foster getting caught with weed at Bama. TM saying what he said. When was the last time you heard of Foster being in Tuscaloosa? The angry flip speech. Saban said something to him some time ago. Either to knock it off or you are no longer wanted, hence the TM tweet.

I hope we can give the spot foster had to Kendall Beckwith. Not to say I dont want Tim Williams but I'd rather have Kendall Beckwith because we already have Jonathan Allen who has the same skill set.
