Vin will play either at S or down in Money and HCD will step in at S
Ed Williams is likely gonna RS
Landon Collins is a good candidate as Money backup and the reason is he will see the field earlier there than at S, at S he's at best 3rd at Money he's 2nd, but regardless he'll see quite a bit of PT this year

It's on ESPNU. I have no idea why there is so much excitement over a 4*DE though.

Well, he said he'd announce at 4 and hasn't yet. I'd say releasing the article at 4:15 is fair
