I am not real sure what you all are talking about, hes already decommitted and secretly committed to another school. Didn't you see his interview where he was asked if he was still committed to Alabama and he said "yes, thats a no brainer" . That didn't mean anything though, that was his code words to point to the other fan bases that he wasn't really committed to Alabama. It's fascinating to read others boards and see where his top two schools do not include the school he is committed to. Do they actually read the garbage that they spew?

Problem is, for every article, quote, etc. with Foster saying he wants to play with Mathews or he is considering this or that, there is another article, quote, etc. with him saying he is 100% Bama.

UGA fans chosse to believe the articles they like. Bama fans choose to believe the articles they like. No one knows for certain - not even RF. I will say this though, as recently as last week he reassured our coaching staff that he was having fun and enjoying the process but they didn't have to worry about him. We'll see though.

Its really not a big deal anymore foster could go to uga right now and it wouldnt affect us for one second. UGA needs him way more but he will end up at bama in the end i think.

And if you think about it foster very well could be just telling Matthews what he wants to hear cause Matthews wont shut up!!

Foster is going to be fun to watch and a great player. But you can believe we will continue to be very strong at linebacker. Ultimately I think this is just more UGA gimmick recruiting and he rolls with the tide.

Altee Tenpenny has an article where he says that even if Derrick Henry chooses Alabama, it will have no effect on his decision. He says whatever someone else does doesn’t have anything to do with him. He also says that he is still going to do what he's got to do and make the best decision for him. He says if Henry comes to Bama, that it's great and if he doesn’t, best of luck wherever he goes.

Arkansas is still recruiting him heavily and he said he may attend camp there later this month.

If we get Kimbrough, we'll add him to O'Neal, Rankin, and Reggie Carter at ILB. With McMillan the following year, we'll survive if we don't get Foster. Still want Foster worse than anyone else still on our board, but we'll survive no different than Bama would. One guy doesn't make or break a team

While UGA does lead and is the team to beat for McMillan I would not be surprised if Ohio St. came into play and MAYBE Alabama. I know he has some interest but we are on the outside on this one.

I would not lock him up as your next ILB right now. give it 2 years.

It's a little different "surviving" in the Outback Bowl than the BCS Title game. UGA needs a guy like Foster, Bama truly doesn't.

@bartonsimmons
Reuben Foster looked like he tore his hamstring on his 40

That comes down to coaching. UGA has the talent to be a NC contender but does not have the coach(es) to do so.

?@ScoutKennedy
Rueben Foster likely done for the weekend, clutching a hammy as he hit the turf.

@BryanDFischer
Reuben Foster just went down after running his 40, had to be carried off. No. 3 player in the country.

Judging by those contract extensions, they ain't going nowhere. Foster is one of the most talented defensive HS players in the past decade, regardless of coaching he is going to improve your team.

Georgia does have plenty of talent to win, they lacking in player development and x and o's. No doubt Georgia will continue to field a football team with or without Foster, but I would expect the same results.
