Bateman's 40 time and athletic ability will come in handy if we keep any of the stuff Nuss was doing at UDub. McCarron and Bateman are a lot like Price.

Not as much as Locker for sure but we won't ever become an option team under Saban either. But those shotgun outside zones we are fond of are much more effective if the pursuit has to account for the QB.

So what's the deal, is RN gonna visit Bama?
It'd be nice to flip him, but not if we had to listen to "demands".

the all time funniest thing to happen in the RN situation would be for him to maintain his commitment to clemson through signing day, wait till all his high school buddies fax in their LOIs to Clemson, then commit somewhere else. your pals all get a scholarship, you dont have to go to clemson. win win

Robert Nkemdiche is a great talent, dont get me wrong. I just hate the drama that comes with recruiting the #1 overall HS player. I'll take recruits like Jonathan Allen, OJ Howard and Cooper Bateman all day long. Highly talented, low key, 100% committed and ready for the next level.

It seems like the Alabama writers on rivals and 24/7 have gotten pretty complacent. There is not much day to day coverage. And while Bone is a hard workers his not the most accurate.

Well D. Walker just posted a pic of him and RN in clemson jerseys. On A. Bone, he covers the whole state. He is a Alabama reporter but he reports on guys that never had a chance in coming to Bama. I dont care who goes to UAB and all that crap.

DeMarcus Walker's high school coach really seemed to like Alabama based on interviews after his visit. If the trip to Clemson is just an emotional high we will win out. But who knows.

The real question does Dabo have any backbone or is RN pulling the strings like everyone outside of CU believes. Dabo has a policy tha once you commit that if you visit you no longer have a scholarship. I believe that is what happened to M Lane last year.
