According to Jay Glazer, former Tiger Matt Flynn, the QB who received a 3-year, $26 million deal from Seattle one year ago, was just traded to the Raiders in exchange for two draft picks. Glazer reports the two drafts are later-round picks in 2014 and 2015, so it appears the Raiders didn’t part with much. The next stop, obviously, will be for Oakland to trade unhappy QB Carson Palmer to the Cardinals.

Matt Flynn has shown excellent character and patience his whole football career. I hope he leads the Raiders to the Super Bowl!

If this hadn't been talked about on the Rant for the last week I might think it was an April Fools joke.
