Jerry is the worst, by far, manager of player personnel in the league. Guys want to live and play in Dallas, he has plenty of money to get what he wants. What he wants is the be some kind of genius who finds lesser known players and makes them great. The problem is that is an exception and cannot be the rule. Oh, and Dak sucks balls big time but Jerry paid him anyway

Dak isn't worth it and is proving he isn't a SB QB, and that's is the only reason for the high paycheck. Guaranteed money is ridiculous, standard salary

I’m definitely not a Greenberg fan, but he’s absolutely right. If Dak was one of the first QBs signed this off season and Lamb was sight in the early off season, they would have saved $10-15 million a year
