According to Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic, the Buffalo Bills finalized the decision to trade Pro Bowl WR Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans without telling star QB Josh Allen...
quote:

"Bills GM Brandon Beane says he has not spoken with QB Josh Allen since they made the Stefon Diggs trade, but did say they talk pretty regularly throughout the offseason," Buscaglia wrote.

Who cares if he checked with the quarterback. A QBs job is to play football. The GMs job is to manage the team. Period. The NFL needs to get over this LeBron James/Aaron Rodgers thing. Divas gonna diva. STHU and play.

The quote says the GM hasn't spoken with Allen since the trade, but they talk regularly during the offseason. The trade was made today so all that means is at the very least they haven't spoken today. They could have spoken last night and Allen could have been asked for his opinion of the trade as a potential move.

Reading comprehension is hard, especially when you're hellbent on creating clickbait.

They secretly aren't sold on keeping Allen and therefore don't give a crap what he thinks.
