I love the move also, but remember just because he is a Players coach doesn't mean he can actually coach a entire team

well, considering what they moved on from, the players will likely come together for him. being a players coach is not always a bad thing - you can be a players coach and have the players respect, and when it happens, there is usually pretty good success
