Michigan Bank Removes Sister Jean Billboard After Catching A Lot Of Heat
© Shanna Lockwood-USA TODAY Sports
The Bank of Ann Arbor removed this billboard after catching a lot heat prior to Michigan's Final Four matchup against Loyola and their number one fan, Sister Jean...

It only lasted a day before it was taken down...
quote:

Bank of Ann Arbor CEO Tim Marshall said he received a lot of positive feedback on the billboard, but couldn’t ignore the people outraged over it.

“We don’t want to lose the focus of a very robust campaign,” Marshall said. “The vast majority of the feedback we got was very positive, but for us not to pay attention to the people who couldn’t see the humor would be inappropriate.”
Still a pretty good billboard though.

No matter how you look at it Chris Webber still doesn't have any time outs left. Congrats to the Penguin on her newfound fame though.

They should've kept it up. Nothing wrong with that billboard. It was quite funny.

This is what is wrong with the world today... A few people ruin it for everyone.

No reason to take that down. That was awesome.

Sister Jean billboard was a great idea. “The difference between heaven and hail” was a little to edgy for a local bank.
