After Biden admn. takes their 40+%, plus the state he'll reside in and to top it off, the greedy tax and spend municipalities take their share (not to mention the Agent's 2-3% cut), he will take home less than half of that $13 million. Buys a residence for $2-3 million (not to mention the vehicles he wants) and poof!, your $13.1 million is now more like $4 million and that is probably the high end. That is the reality of it. Of course, he will probably eventually make a little bit more off endorsements but not the numbers you think unless he is a top-10 NBA player.
