I was hoping it would spill into the stands so someone could punch that lady that kept hollering to get them all out of here.

It's a good thing that this was recorded since there didn't appear to be anyone there to see it live.

The Braves Padres fight from 1984 is still the gold standard for baseball fights.

It was all fun and games for the Padres until Bob Horner stepped out of the Braves dugout.

The sports have their own fight norms. Hockey, the two guys fight, and other players leave them to it. In football, two fight, and some rush the field, primarily to break it up. In baseball, everyone rushes the field for a mix or joining in, breaking it up, and standing back hoping to stay out of it. In basketball, it ranges from an elbow to the jaw to a brawl that includes a fan. The hockey model should be adopted sports-wide, but give the players the option to call in the team enforcer as a substitute.
