WOW....literally had no clue someone was about to do this. Never even heard this guys name before today. Damn it's sad how much I couldn't care less about MLB. My 10 yo self would kick me in the nards laughing if I went back in time to tell him how low my cares are as an adult.

I'm with ya. Back in the day (70's), I knew the teams, most of the players, and studied the box scores of every game in the newspapers. I could name the starting lineup plus all backups and pitchers on my favorite team the A's. (Still do remember those A's teams from the 70's.) Today, I would struggle to name 10 players in the entire league.
