According to The Philly Captain and sports radio host Howard Eskin, a fan allegedly tried to enter the Phillies' Citizens Bank Park with an alligator. Apparently yhe person considered the leashed reptile a service animal...

He has a point, the service animal stuff has gone insane. He can claim it calms him down just like a dog or other animal. We can claim it hypes us up and makes us scared.

As a USMC veteran, I know some people will think me a little sensitive about this, but I hate when people mock emotional support animals. There are so many vets who served in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait who only function day to day because of the service of their dogs and cats. I guess I just wish people took it more seriously.
