That was a great talk to the players. A very successful pro telling them being a 5 star isn't enough to be great. One thing he kept mentioning that you always hear about the great players are "its the little things that matter". Hopefully they take it to heart and put more emphasis on the little things.

One of my all time favorite Tigers. Good to see him back passing on his knowledge to the young guys. If they don’t know they better look up what he did at LSU and with the Giants and take to heart everything that man has to say
