The College Football Crew over at CBS Sports discussed Lane Kiffin's job speculation on this week's show and debated his next move.

BJ Jones said he expects Kiffin to move on from Ole Miss, but didn't pick a future school.

Randy Cross said he will remain in Oxford.

Aaron Taylor and Rick Neuheisel were both confident that he would end up at Florida.
