It may be considered ok from a legal perspective, but there is definitely an ethical conflict of interest in play. You can’t serve two masters. If what is in Nuss best interest, for example, is not in Kelly’s best interest how is this not a conflict of interest? Just greedy agents trying to justify gray areas ethically IMO.

Is there not a conflict of interest here with the agent? Guess it doesn’t matter since we’re in the Wild Wild West era of paying college athletes

no. representing nuss against lsu, and kelly against lsu. not representing nuss against kelly.

Silly world of college football right now. Makes me not want to partake….but I’m still going to. Can’t resist, lol.

Not at all. No different than NFL agents who rep a coach and players on the team.

What is Kelly driving these days? That doesn't look like his Tesla.

That's a scenario that I hadn't thought through. What a crazy scenario. Agents just have to do what is best for the client that they're representing and that's it.

C’mon dude. Too much momentum going right now, even if we don’t finish on top. Starting over means setting the program back at least 2-3 years in a college football climate that’s wild. You know how it goes. The foundation is too solid for us to be ‘natty or bust’.

What a ridiculous take. Who else would you have??

Guaranteed contract, of course not his last year. I agree with the too much momentum comment. Recruiting, NIL, is rolling.
