All the good football being played is now overshadowed by very poor officiating. I never seen where the officials have impacted games more than this year. We need to reel them in quick. If players can get suspended, I think officials should be suspended as well. They missed so many calls in the LSU game. I have seen many other instances in other games. Meanwhile ACC football seems to be as clean as they can possibly get it. This is embarrassing for the SEC.

The punter wasn't wrong to think he was cleared to punt but the ref still had his arms up when the ball was snapped. Maybe it wouldn't have been a first down if the defense wasn't waiting for the ref to drop his arms.
