Lane Kiffin Comments On Aidan Anding's Injury

Head coach Lane Kiffin spoke with reporters after practice on Tuesday and confirmed that sophomore cornerback Aidan Anding suffered a torn Achilles injury during Saturday's scrimmage and will be out for the season.

Anding's injury happened during his second interception of the scrimmage.

Anding, a talented corner from Grambling, La., appeared in eight games last season, with 92 special teams snaps and two tackles. He was expected to see more playing time as a backup cornerback, but he will now likely miss the upcoming season.
