Shortly after Tigers loss to Notre Dame in the Citrus Bowl, former LSU offensive line coach Jeff Grimes sent out this special message on Twitter to his O-Line group:

Grimes now starts his duties as BYU's new offensive coordinator. He will be replaced by James Cregg who will be LSU's new OL coach.

I never suspected Grimes was anything other than a good dude, but how he handled this transition could not have been more professional and classy.

Agreed Tiger Fanatic. My opinion of Grimes has surely improved during the last couple months. Also the work he and this line put in was evident as the year went along. They all showed much improvement over the 2017 season.
