Brian Kelly Talks About What Went Wrong In The Run Game vs. Texas A&M

It can be summarized with 2 things: OL is trash at run block and get shite shoved in. They are week and get no push. And running on every 2nd down the whole game is predictable.

What are they, 9 games in? Sounds like the OL coach, OL, RB coach, running backs and OC need some work. Run game is frustrating to watch.

Sounds to me that the Kelly is in denial that his team is trying to do the right thing. But in reality they are trying to put a square peg in a round hole.

Remember when Leonard Fornette was in the backfield. They ran the ball successfully with 8 guys in the box. Now they would pass and use Fornette as a decoy.

So no in-game adjustments from the coaches. Got it.

Ya think!? this is ridiculous. Three years and the only running game we have had is JD5. CBK is in a spiral down mode. It is going to get ugly. You can see it in his face and the players. LSU players need to have a team meeting and correct this BS.
