Four-star LSU running back commit Clyde Edwards-Helaire from Baton Rouge, LA received a visit on Wednesday night from his future position coach Jabbar Juluke.


The 5-8, 201-pound prospect from Catholic High School has been committed to LSU since February. He is rated the No. 17 overall running back in the country and the No. 9 overall player from Louisiana, according to 247Sports.

Edwards-Helaire is LSU's lone running back commit for the class of 2017.

Keep em both! Juluke has been impressive replacing Coach Frank! Was very worried when he left, but I see no letdown. Craig is also solid. I don't think anyone else will be fired. Just need a new o-coordinator and a special teams coach! Recruit like hell guys!

clyde decommitted day after christmas, had a feeling he was not solid. lsu needs a runingback bad at least 2 rb's. after 2017 season lsu will probably lose 2 rb's that already on roster
